Our UHP division provides cleaning and cutting service at pressures above 2500 psi. It is used on materials with a pressure threshold above the reach of standard jetting equipment or where there is a limited water supply. It has proved sucessful in the following areas:

• Paint boot cleaning in car plants
• Concrete cutting where the conditions are unsuitable for general hydrodemolition equipment
• Nuclear decontamination, as the low water flows reduce the problems of the waste arising
• Condenser cleaning, where the product has produced a very hard deposit
• Cutting plastic and rubber materials
• Jetting in restricted spaces where reaction force is a problem.

In addition to using entraned abrasives UHP provides an excellent cold cutting tool. This tool will cut most materials, without the problems created by heat and is useful in areas where there is a risk of fire or explosion.
